We are seeking two dedicated Kaiarohi / AOD Practitioners to join our Te Whare Rauangi team.
Job Requirements
- Lived or work experience in AOD within Maori and Pasifika communities is essential
- Experience working with Maori and Pasifika communities in the health and/or social services spaces is also required
- A deep understanding of Te Ao Maori, commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally appropriate practices including accessing Rongoa and other traditional healing modalities is necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and share Matauranga are all important qualities for this role
