Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, offering personalized support and guidance.
  • Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to local marketing efforts, promoting our clinic and its services to the community.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs, utilizing provided training to ensure efficient and effective solutions.

Your Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or allied health environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
