Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled individual to join our Shopfloor team at our Alexandra store. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our team.

  1. Provide exceptional customer service while working on the shopfloor
  2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  3. Participate in visual merchandising and stock management
  4. Assist customers with queries and product information

This is a permanent full-time dual position, covering various shifts including Sundays and Mondays, and Tuesdays to Thursdays.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical ability to undertake tasks such as heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and prolonged standing
