Role Overview

The Mental Health Practitioner for Substitution Therapy will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver timely and cohesive services locally and from satellite services across the region. This role requires a skilled practitioner with experience in acute and/or community-based mental health & addiction services. Your expertise in assessing opioid addiction and developing tailored recovery plans will be essential in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assessing opioid addiction and developing recovery plans
