Job DescriptionThis role is for a Support Worker who will be part of our team at Rimu Service, supporting Margaret, a valued member of our community. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a life of rich and diverse experiences for Margaret, while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space.
Key Responsibilities- Support Margaret with daily routines, encouraging independence and developing skills and personal growth.
- Assist with personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks.
- Read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space.
- Be passionate about supporting and extending people's ability to access and be part of their wider community.
