About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Project Delivery Lead. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to drive urgency, and effective collaboration across departments and international stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee project plans, including sprint planning, financial tracking, and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure on-time project delivery by identifying risks and implementing innovative mitigation strategies, ensuring project documentation is maintained in M-Files, Jira, Confluence, and ERP systems.
  • Manage multiple projects—handling 5 to 10 projects simultaneously.
  • Manage budgets, including capital expenditure justification and cost tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with both onsite and overseas stakeholders.
  • Report on project status through clear and concise presentations to global and regional councils.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product development.
  • Experience managing projects using agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Flexibility in working hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with overseas counterparts.
  • Clear and confident presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex project details concisely.
  • Proficiency in visual project management tools, including SharePoint, Jira, Miro, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge, demonstrate empathy, and work effectively as part of a team to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
