Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Caregiving Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to our experienced nursing staff, contribute to patient care, and help maintain a safe and clean hospital environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include: assisting patients with daily tasks, maintaining accurate patient records, participating in handovers and shift reports, and contributing to a positive hospital culture. You will also be expected to adhere to our organizational policies, procedures, and standards of behavior.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and terminology is also essential. You will need to be flexible and willing to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
