About the Role

This specialist position supports the on-boarding and ongoing customer due diligence of entities and individuals, ensuring compliance while making these processes easy and simple for our customers and front-line colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support internal and external customers with Anti-Money Laundering/Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) onboarding requirements for account opening and ongoing customer due diligence.
  • Analyse and interrogate data received from various systems, customers, and other sources to identify and verify customers.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and circumstances in line with privacy legislation and internal policy.
  • Collect information from front-line staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and investigative capabilities with the ability to dig deeper and explore areas of grey.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information simply and diplomatically.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of initiative.
