About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a senior member, you will focus on empowering Pacific peoples to manage their diabetes and optimise their health. You will be comfortable with technology and its use to support self-management and improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with communities to build strong foundations for Pacific health and wellbeing
- Prioritise disease prevention, health promotion and health & wellbeing
- Understand the needs of Pacific peoples and enable them to exercise authority over their health and wellbeing
- Ensure timely, high-quality services reach Pacific peoples
- Grow and develop the Diabetes service and its care delivery to a high standard
