Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education (minimum 2 years).
  • Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS applications.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in timeline and scope management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end-users.
  • Experience in problem-solving and risk resolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a highly motivated and resourceful team.
  • Will to travel occasionally (up to 10%) based on customer and business need.
