Job Purpose: The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director of the Advancement Office and work closely with colleagues from NHG Fund and other charity funds. This role entails developing NHG's gift policies for internal and external stakeholders, establishing best practices for fundraising operations, and creating General Giving programs at HQ and institution-based charity funds.
