Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our finance team on a 7-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Individualised Funding payroll and claim re-imbursements, resolving discrepancies, and administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll management and processing
- Claim management and reconciliation
- Billing and creating Xero batches
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in payroll or accounts administration
