As a member of our Industries Team, you will play a critical role in supporting men in prison to improve their work habits, work experiences, and skills, ultimately reducing reoffending and keeping our communities safer.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in horticulture, with a minimum of five years' experience in the industry. A relevant qualification, adult training experience, and accreditation would be advantageous, but not essential.

You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional people management and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop individuals within a team environment.
