About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Registered General Nurse to lead our Pre-Assessment Team. The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills, a strong commitment to quality improvement, and a passion for mentoring junior staff members.
Key Duties:
- To develop and implement evidence-based care protocols to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- To facilitate regular training sessions for team members, focusing on areas such as patient assessment, medication management, and infection control.
- To collaborate with the Sister/Charge Nurse to review and update departmental policies and procedures.
- To participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of action plans and monitoring progress.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., Mentorship Qualification)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to analyze data and implement changes to improve patient care
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
