We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Franklin Village in Auckland. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

About the Role

  • Provide personalized care to residents with empathy and compassion
  • Build strong relationships with residents, staff, and visitors through excellent communication skills
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Excellent people skills with a caring nature
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible multitasking and time management skills

Work Arrangements

  • Weekly roster includes weekends and possible night shifts
