Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the mission and product strategy to meet our business goals and create value for customers aligned with our long-term vision.
- Develop and maintain an outcome-based roadmap of customer engagement opportunities and bets prioritized against our OKRs and KPIs.
- Work with data analysts, UX designers, and engineers to gain and share deep knowledge of customer needs, both current and expected future requirements.
- Translate the product strategy into a delivery roadmap of customer outcomes, managing dependencies and priorities across multiple teams.
- Take a leading role in measuring product performance and customer behavioral metrics, helping us shape our practice of measuring customer value and product success across all product teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, having led product strategies and demonstrated commercial results and customer value.
- Extensive and hands-on experience across all aspects of product management, including ideation, prioritization frameworks, measuring impact, competitor analysis, market research, experimentation, and UX testing.
- A good balance between strategic and creative thinking for commercial outcomes.
- A good understanding of what works online, and the ability to use sound judgment to assess the value of a diverse range of initiatives.
