About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Transport Administration Assistant to support the Transport Manager (Fleet, Parking & Courier) in ensuring the effective administration of the HNZ Canterbury Fleet, Parking & Courier services. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Service Planning: Ensure vehicles are available, serviced, and maintained as required, providing timely communication to users, and managing parking access processes transparently.
- Communications: Liaise with all stakeholders to support vehicle servicing, transport (taxi) requirements, and parking resource allocation.
- Data Recording: Update Fleet Management software, process invoices, maintain vehicle compliance records (WOFs, licenses, registrations), and manage car park access requests.
- Problem Solving: Identify and implement solutions to support staff in their Fleet, Parking, and Courier needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong administration experience with proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, data entry, and organizational skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data processing.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in high-pressure environments.
- Full Manual and Automatic Driver's License.
