Media Planning and Strategy
We are a boutique agency specializing in talent attraction and candidate engagement. Our team is dedicated to providing recruitment solutions through best practice marketing to our client base. We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planner/Strategist to join our team in Wellington on a 3-month contract, with the potential to become permanent.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to our clients' businesses. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure campaigns hit that sweet spot – unconventional creative, delivered across the right channels with the perfect strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to meet client objectives
* Collaborate with our creative team to design and deliver engaging campaign materials
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates
* Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts

Requirements
* Strong media planning and client service experience, ideally within recruitment marketing
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively
