We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue Growth Lead to join our Wellington team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales growth across key vendors, fostering partnerships with New Zealand resellers, and collaborating with key team members to support or develop the National Account Plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborating with key team members and resellers to support or develop the National Account Plan.
- Working within a virtual team of Revenue Growth Leads to implement strategies across regions.
- Managing all transactions for National Accounts in the Wellington region, coordinating with regional Revenue Growth Leads for local transactions.
- Organizing and attending quarterly business updates for locally focused partners.
- Achieving company-defined revenue and gross margin profit targets.
- Actively contributing to the wider sales team.
- Reporting and deal management, reporting and forecasting in an accurate and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven success in sales/account management, ideally in IT, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
