Job Description:

As a CSR Initiative Specialist at Side, you will play a key role in developing and implementing global corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies that align with our mission and values.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the gaming industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a CSR, communications, or related role, preferably within the gaming industry or a global company. A bachelor's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is also required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Global CSR Strategy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of global CSR policies and initiatives.
  • Local Studio Support: Collaborate with in-country studios and their teams to ensure the successful execution of CSR initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Global PR team to communicate and promote CSR activities both internally and externally.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report the impact of CSR initiatives across all locations.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and manage CSR-related events, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Communication and Engagement: Draft and distribute CSR communications to engage employees, partners, and the broader community.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Support the implementation of sustainability practices within Side's operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a CSR, communications, or related role, preferably within the gaming industry or a global company.
  • Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
