As a Residential Youth Worker with Oranga Tamariki, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our tamariki. This role involves working in a residential setting with 13-17-year-olds who are awaiting court proceedings or serving a sentence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive relationships, and encouraging personal growth and development. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in working with youth, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with our young people.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide a range of activities and programs that promote personal growth, development, and well-being. Key responsibilities of the role include:
