Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities maintenance of our buildings and open spaces across the Papakura & Manurewa area.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the assets in your portfolio and working to ensure they meet the needs of the local community.
  • Oversighting the performance of contractors and ensuring health and safety auditing is carried out.
  • Maximizing budget to achieve high-quality outcomes and acting as the first point of call for all maintenance enquiries.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of built and open space maintenance and prior experience with facilities management. You will also possess strong administrative and computer skills, including budget management and financial tracking. A full clean New Zealand driver's license is also required.
