The Job Description: We're seeking an Online Order Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis through to January 2026. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing online orders with precision and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
This includes processing orders through our platform, coordinating production via our local supply network, or liaising with the 3PL team to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing online orders accurately through the platform.
  • Liaising with the 3PL team or local suppliers to ensure prompt dispatch, production, and delivery of items.
  • Monitoring order statuses and proactively communicating any delays or issues to customers.
  • Addressing customer inquiries professionally and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers or Account Managers.
  • Sending customer invoices promptly and approving supplier invoices, ensuring any issues are communicated to the Accounts Team.

The Ideal Candidate: You'll have exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational and time-management skills, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication abilities. A tech-savvy mindset, customer-centric approach, adaptability to new system features, and a collaborative team spirit are essential for success in this role.
