Job Description

As a member of our Neutron Flight Software Team, you'll play a critical role in developing the next-generation Command & Data Handling system for the Neutron launcher. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to develop a common simulation and test environment, creating and maintaining robust and reliable software and tools, and ensuring seamless integration with other subsystems.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain core flight software libraries, code generators, and simulation and test frameworks
  • Work with flight software architects, HITL engineers, and GNC engineers to develop a common simulation and test environment
  • Ensure seamless integration with other subsystems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or demonstrated equivalent level of knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 years experience professionally developing modern C++ software
  • Experience with networked software systems
  • Minimum of 3 years experience professionally developing in a scripting language (such as Python)
  • Proficiency in Git and working with issue trackers
  • Professional experience in SoC and FPGA design (using e.g. VHDL)
