We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Cards Switching NZ Technology team. In this role, you'll liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business requirements.
About the TeamOur team is responsible for the online authorization and processing of ATM and Merchant Point of Sale acquired card transactions, ensuring they are validated and routed correctly to the issuer for approval.
You'll work with both our delivery team and external vendor to build excellent solutions, and with the production support team to analyse and rectify production issues.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business requirements.
- Work with the delivery team and external vendor to build solutions.
- Support all stages of testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technology Business Analyst, preferably in Card Payment industry.
- Knowledge of SQL queries for investigating issues and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
