About the Team

You will be part of the Deputy Chief Executive Leadership team, formulating and supporting the future direction of Health New Zealand. You will contribute to the performance of the Northern Region in delivering safe and effective care, working closely with the National Clinical Lead, Mental Health and Addiction, and Director – Specialist Mental Health and Addictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide management leadership of the Regional Mental Health Service Delivery Network.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and appropriateness of clinical and non-clinical services provided by the mental health and addiction workforce.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant qualification, proven experience in mental health and addiction leadership, and a commitment to biculturalism. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in mental health and addiction services, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
