Job Description

  • Maximise sustainable growth, sales, and profitability of Paslode with accounts in the Lower South Island territory (Ashburton to Invercargill).
  • Fully understand the value proposition for each brand and develop and maintain effective commercial relationships & strategic account plans with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Develop strong and effective relationships throughout all levels of a customer's business and have a thorough understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business.
  • Monitor, analyse and provide insights into account performance.
  • Leverage analysis to drive identification of gaps/opportunities and inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • Experience developing & implementing account plans and ability to articulate successful outcomes delivered.
  • Flexibility in relation to hours and location of work duties.
