Your Role as a Support Worker

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about helping others, kind, and understanding. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviors. A full driver's license is essential. You should also be respectful of others' thinking and way of living life, flexible to work overnight shifts, and able to think outside the box.
