Job Description- Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery team.
- Process client code registration requests and assist with data entry work.
- Communicate with stakeholders and answer internal and external enquiries.
- Email mailbox management and maintenance.
- Experience in data entry, with excellent speed and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology (i.e. internal data-based systems).
- Sound computer literacy skills with sufficient knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Resilience to work in a highly structured environment which has a high degree of repetition and routine.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
We are looking for someone who is able to provide administrative support and customer service to a high standard. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We offer a competitive salary and a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive team.
