Job Description:

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our business. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide data-based actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and strategic direction.

We are seeking an experienced Business Decision Analyst to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will significantly contribute to modelling our new Distribution Centre, driving various optimisation projects, and introducing AI to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving change and impact through data modelling, automation, and machine learning. They will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into business insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Develop reports, dashboards, and models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assess business needs and define a strategic way forward.
  • Projects & Business Transformation: Support key initiatives by providing data-driven insights and measuring the impact of business changes.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Use RPA and automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
