**Job Description**
You will be responsible for developing the Centre's Marketing plan and overseeing flawless execution of key marketing campaigns (including co-ordination of all stakeholders). This role involves coaching, leading and developing a Marketing Executive direct report. You will also manage the centre marketing budget, lead centre communications/content plan across owned, earned and bought channels, and deliver an annual Centre events program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the centre marketing budget to ensure effective ROI and maximize brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver activations and campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business discipline are required. Hands on Marketing management experience and experience leading small teams are essential. A Marketing professional who is confident speaking to our Marketing plan and has experience in presenting and delivering the story is ideal.
