MASH Trust, a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services, is seeking two full-time experienced professionals to promote continuous improvement in health and safety performance and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in health and safety and/or compliance, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in the field. They will be knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and standards, with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Health, Safety and Quality Manager, advising on safety regulations, conducting audits, developing policies, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

About You:

  • You are a health and safety and/or compliance subject matter expert who takes pride in your work and in making a difference.
  • You establish effective relationships based on trust and respect, seeing your role as an enabler.
  • You are effective working at the operational sharp end of the organisation, capable of tailoring your written and verbal communications to whoever the audience may be.
