**What You'll Do:**

  • Partner with senior leaders to scope, design, plan, and deliver high-quality organisational change initiatives aligned to the Ministry's organisational design framework.
  • Deliver the full range of organisational design activities including assessment, role design, impact assessments, and helping to define/refine ways of working.
  • Collaborate with and influence other People Experience and change enablement functions to ensure a seamless end-to-end change journey for our people.
