Abroad Work - F&B Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled F&B Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Armitage and Conference Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and conference areas, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Set up boardrooms and service them with attention to detail.
  3. Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant/bar/conference area, including cleaning dishes.
  4. Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  1. An enthusiasm for customer service is essential.
  2. Ideal candidates have their LCQ and/or Supervisor's License.
  3. Knowledge and experience of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act, Food Safety, Health and Safety.
  4. A great attitude and a love for hospitality.
  5. You should be confident, a team player, and flexible in your role.
  6. Experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader role.
  7. Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership skills.
