Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our educational programs.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to achieve outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to drive the centre's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the centre.
Requirements
  • Qualified and registered ECE teacher with excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance and operations in early childhood education.
  • Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach or similar philosophies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build trust with children, whānau, and teachers/support staff.
