Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse commercial and residential property portfolio.

  • Lead the property management team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and establishing clear, measurable KPIs.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategic asset repositioning plans that add exceptional value to the property portfolio.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance Net Operating Income (NOI) and property valuations through creative cost control, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Identify, structure, and secure cost-effective and innovative funding solutions for property investments and developments.

  • Manage comprehensive property development and upgrade projects from concept to successful completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8-10 years of senior-level experience in property management, asset management, or real estate investment.
  • Proven experience in asset repositioning and innovative value enhancement.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, capital planning, and funding negotiations.
  • Expert knowledge of New Zealand property laws, lease management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic leadership ability, and creative problem-solving capabilities.
