Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Scheduling & Improvement Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling of electricity design projects and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the design programme of work, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Maintain accountability for design delivery standards, monitoring internal and contractor performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the electricity distribution industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
