Economics & Research Leader

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in property, marketing, economics, and/or financial research disciplines, with a proven leadership track record.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of our research, data and insights function.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the property industry.
  • Innovation and Development: Foster a culture of innovation and development, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to elevate our research capabilities.
  • Research Presentations: Deliver compelling research findings through group presentations, videos, webinars, radio, and television.
  • Consultancy Leadership: Lead research-based consultancy assignments, providing invaluable insights to clients.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A wealth of experience in property, marketing, economics, and/or financial research disciplines, with a proven leadership track record.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, analytical, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and engaging.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the property industry and economics, with a knack for building key stakeholder relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a readiness to learn new tools like GIS, Tableau, and Alteryx.
