Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team as a C&B Strategic Leader. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of compensation strategies that drive business results and attract top talent. Your key responsibilities will include designing salary structures, conducting market benchmarking studies, and developing job evaluation methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
