About YouWe are seeking a skilled professional who can effectively plan and manage daily workloads, communicate efficiently with the Operations team, and provide timely progress updates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to identify required parts for current and future work, and maintain accurate records for all vehicles and equipment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement efficient daily workload plans, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
Maintain open lines of communication with the Operations team, providing regular updates on service schedules, maintenance, and repairs.
Identify and source required parts for ongoing and upcoming projects, optimizing inventory levels and reducing downtime.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure timely vehicle services are conducted to a high standard, with meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Update and refine the workshop planning and booking system, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Residency in New Zealand and the right to work in New Zealand are mandatory requirements for this position.
