As an Early Years Educator, you will be financially rewarded for your flexibility across our close-clustered nurseries by receiving a higher rate of pay. We offer a range of hours to suit your needs, from 16 hours per week to 40 hours per week or anywhere in between.
You'll be working to care for, support, and meet the needs of our wonderful children. Qualified staff can earn up to £14.60 per hour.

- Supervise and support children at all times
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Ensure that any changes to policies, procedures, and operational practices are adhered to within the required timescale
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage
- Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues
- Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required
