About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and mail to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues professionally
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- A strong sense of community and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A guaranteed hourly rate of £12.54p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to working hours if part-time)
- Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for more than 40 hours a week
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to working hours if part-time) and the option to buy extra leave each year
