**Job Description**

As a Senior Communications Strategist, you will report to the Chief Executive and be responsible for leading the development and implementation of forward-thinking communication strategies that strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including the public, government, and partner organisations.

You will champion a culture of engagement by creating inclusive, effective channels for dialogue and collaboration.

You will oversee data management initiatives to ensure the integrity, accessibility, and use of information for informed decision-making and service improvements.

You will inspire and empower a multidisciplinary team, fostering professional growth, and innovation.

You will contribute to the overall vision and direction of the organisation as part of the executive leadership team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership, ideally at executive level, leading cross-functional teams involving communications, engagement, and data.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and data-driven communication.
  • A track record of delivering impactful outcomes through collaboration and innovation.
  • An interest in complex regulatory systems and an understanding of the public sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
