**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team at Direction Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Process weekly payroll and administer PAYE, Kiwisaver, and other remittances.
  • Manage credit control and follow up with outstanding debtors.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, resolving queries with suppliers.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting principles.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to self-manage, work as part of a team, and prioritize tasks.
