Job Description
The Wealth Advisory Professional will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Craigs Specialised Wealth Advisory Team (SWAT). This will include managing corporate services for Craigs' historical private equity funds, supporting operational and administrative tasks associated with alternative assets, and assisting with administration and reporting for SWAT clients.
Responsibilities

Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong company secretary or executive assistant skills and experience. A relevant tertiary qualification, such as finance, accounting, law, business, or administration, is preferred but not essential. Previous experience within the financial services industry is also preferred. The successful candidate will possess:
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to use clear and concise language
- Critical thinking skills
- Proficient with numbers and Microsoft Excel
- Presentation and document creation skills using PowerPoint and Word
