Key Performance Indicators

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Drive business growth through effective marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Optimize inventory levels, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and implement budgets and rosters, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Supervise front and kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cooks or chefs to plan menus, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently and fairly.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least two to three years of experience in a fine dining restaurant, preferably with a Level 4 qualification in hospitality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work late evenings, especially on weekends when our establishment closes later.
  • No criminal history, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
