  • Ensuring the sale of liquor and tobacco is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and auditing service standards
  • Being responsible for the sale of liquor and tobacco
  • Maintaining our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
  • Effectively resolving all customer-related enquiries and complaints

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' management experience in a supermarket or hospitality environment
  • A minimum of five years' customer service experience in a supermarket or hospitality environment
  • A minimum of one year's experience with Milestone, Auror, and Gatha
  • A high level of computer skills
