Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position where your ability to think on your feet, problem-solve creatively, and support multiple stakeholders will shine. You'll work across customer service and support (via email and chat), admin, accounts, and operational coordination, as well as internal documentation and reporting.
As an administrative support specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our operations, assisting our growing customer base, and helping internal teams stay efficient and on track. This role involves managing transactions, assisting users navigating our platform, and working closely with remote teams in New Zealand, Australia, and Papua New Guinea.
You'll thrive in this role if you're highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, and can communicate clearly and professionally. You should also be tech-savvy, quick to pick up new systems, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via email and chat
- Manage transactions and assist users navigating our platform
- Work closely with remote teams in New Zealand, Australia, and Papua New Guinea
- Assist with internal documentation and reporting
- Support operational coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in admin or customer support
- Strong computer and digital literacy
- Familiarity with modern customer service tools/platforms
