About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of the Treasury's National Infrastructure Unit, which provides economic and financial advice on infrastructure policy and commercial advice, including guidance on Private Public Partnerships (PPPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the New Zealand infrastructure landscape.
  • Leading the development and implementation of the Government's suite of policies relating to PPPs.
  • Providing high-quality analysis and advice on significant infrastructure investments to Ministers and other stakeholders.
  • Enabling agencies and key stakeholders to easily access and understand the Government's PPP policies and frameworks.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled infrastructure professional with experience in the preparation of major business cases and strategic plans, as well as strong communication and influencing skills, with experience providing written advice to decision makers preferred.
