We are seeking motivated, courteous, and hardworking individuals with exceptional customer service skills to fill Seasonal District Support and Information Officers positions in our Lakeland district.
Job Responsibilities:Information Officer (IO): Provide exceptional front-line customer service at the registration booth/concession, registering campers and delivering information on park activities, regulations, and nearby amenities.
IOs must provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors, utilizing strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
Seasonal District Support: Assist the team responsible for running daily operations of park facilities, providing front-line contact for Alberta Parks through excellent customer service and effective information delivery.
Key Qualifications:- High school diploma
- Experience with point of sales machines and customer service
Additional Requirements:
• English language proficiency
• Available to work weekends and evenings during the season
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
